Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

Notes to the rental rates

• A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is payable to secure the booking, this deposit also acts as a security deposit which is returned when our management company has completed its check of the property.
• The balance is due 8 weeks prior to check in date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by cheque.
• Check in is from 16.00 on the day of arrival and check out at 10 a.m. on day of departure "unless prior arrangements have been made for a late departure"
• A cleaning fee of 60 euros includes 2 peoples linen, plus extra 5 euros per person for laundry/linen charges applies and is paid locally. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
• The cost of the rental includes electricity and water
